• We confirm that we are due to fit a new lantern to column 003 and our contractors have instructions to carry out this work.

  We are sorry the light will be out for a while longer and trust our contractors will attend as soon as they can.

  Street lamp still out. I find amazing that the council appears not to have any SLAs in place for service providers. And if SLAs are in place, either they are not being met or they are fully inadequate. We are 3 days away from.a full month without service since the fault with the lampost was raised into the fix it system.

• Our contractors confirmed today they are still waiting on the parts they need from the manufacturer.

  We appreciate your patience and understand this maybe frustrating. Our contractors will attend to the issue as soon as the parts arrive and are aware of the residents’ concerns about the light not working.
