There are still two street lights not working, one on the junction of Seven Acres Lane & Northend & one outside 51 Northend. I reported this a week ago & was informed it had been fixed. Three lights were originally out, one only has been fixed. This is dangerous. Please can you re-look into this.

  • I first reported this fault on 27th Sept, but there are still two non functioning street lights on a section of uneven narrow pavement, making walking without a torch dangerous. Please can you advise on "investigating" and give an estimated fix date

  • We can confirm that there is a power supply issue with these lights and the fault has been reported to National Grid. We await their attendance and feedback and shall add further information here when known. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and trust they will attend shortly.

  • This is now the third time this has been reported as fixed. Neither of the lights are functional. These are at the end of Seven Acres Lane with the junction of Northend and in the garden of 51 Northend. Please can you update and address this issue, it has been well over a month since the original report.

  • We are sorry these light, 108 and 090 are still not working. We confirm that we have again reported the fault to National Grid and await their attendance and feedback in this matter. We appreciate your patience as they work to resolve this issue.
