Broken road sign indicating the non consecutive housing numbers

Reported via mobile in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 15:26, Friday 4 October 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6552337.

In December 2023 a delivery van reversed into the road sign, breaking it in half. This was reported, a site inspection made and I received a call saying that an order would be made for a new sign to be ordered when there was a "batch" ready. The sign still has not be replaced. The sign is outside house number 16 Maple Rise, on the communal grass.

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • The broken signage has left 2 upright posts sticking out of the ground on the grass corner. Last night a vehicle collided whilst reversing with one of the posts. There is no option other than to reverse out of the driveway, it's dark and the posts are black, sticking about 1ft out the ground. Letting the council know that this needs to be addressed before it has a liability claim made against it.
