Drains blocked with grass cuttings and leaves
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6567082.
Ongoing problem because when the verge is mowed the cuttings are left in the gutter then the leaves fall into the gutter. When it rains at any time but particularly if it is heavy the cuttings and leaves wash down the gutter and block the drain. Today (8th October) the road junction (St Kenya/West View was flooded to a depth of several centimeters making it impossible to cross the he road in this location
