  • It's November 2024. Still no replacement bus shelter opposite Norton Hill School after MANY MONTHS of silence. Soon there will be pouring rain, fog, ice, snow, sleet and freezing rain for First Bus customers to endure. Even Santa will need shelter whilst he rests his reindeer in Charlton Road. No updates from Banes Highways Dept. Please sort it for the many elderly and vulnerable folk who use this important bus stop. Happy Christmas!!!!

  • Why is the shelter and Norton hill school not been replaced after it was knocked down by a bus. Fed up up of standing up in all winds and weathers so many complaints sent into you no reply or answer given.
