There has been a wall built against a storm drain in road by Glen Shee and heavy rain caused flooding in the road last week and the drain is now blocked.

Storm drain blocked with silt, mud and leaves since last week.

It is not so much a wall as an attempt to increase the driveway width and in doing so a diy attempt at culverting over a natural watercourse.
An upstand “wall” results and flooding over the highway is the result due to the inadequacy of the pipe installed.
The surface is impermeable concrete too.
Has a Highways Application for crossing over a verge etc been submitted/approved?
Is this access widening work approved in planning terms?
