Blocked drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 weeks, 6 days, 22 hours, 30 minutes later. Council ref: 6626271.

No visible leaves on the top of the drain however, there is a stream of water pouring out of drain. Down a bit further there is a manhole cover and by this the pavement has water bubbling out.
