Dog fouling issue on verge outside 40 Waterford Park

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6630349.

There is an ongoing issue of dogs fouling along the footpath and the grassy verge outside 40 Waterford Park. The council have been out in the past to install a sign but it has had no effect. There is a huge amount of dog poo over the grass and also on the footpath, it is really bad and is a health & safety issue particularly for young children. Could this please be cleared up? Could the council please consider taking up the grass and replacing it with gravel or concrete to stop this happening?
