Flooding extreme risk

Hello, I reported the flooding on the A4 at Bathford as there is an extreme risk to people using the road. I had a reply saying no further action, and referring me to your website regarding how you deal with problems on the road network. It says you prioritize on the level of risk involved. The level of risk is extremely high, especially for vulnerable road users such as mopeds, cycles and motorbikes, who won't have any idea about what is submerged in the 1 foot deep 30 meter long flooded sections that cover both carriageways. I find it absolutely highly risky driving through, with as I said previously, other vehicles dribbling at you, and / or at high speed. I'm not really prepared to continue risking my life and others through the Council taking no action. I will be writing to your head of highways, the local councillor and portfolio holder for transport unless some remedial work is programmed.
