Three new lights were installed along the upper part of Upper East Hayes a few weeks ago. Right from the beginning only one has ever worked. The one nearest our house is not working and compared to before these new lights were installed, and particularly since the clocks went back, it is too easy to miss your footing on the pavement.and slip. Please mend these as a matter of urgency. Why were they not checked before the installers left?

Further to above, we have been checking with our street works team who confirm there was a utility company working in the area soon after our contractors installed the columns.
Their works have likely damaged the cables supplying our lights and our contractors are investigating this and will carry out repairs.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue

The street light outside 34 Upper East Hayes, BA1 6LP is not working. It was not working previously, and was mended. It has now not been working again for the last few weeks. It is very dark on this part of the street at night. In addition the light further down the street is obscured from this part of the street by a large evergreen tree.

These lights are still not fixed and the make the road unsafe and dangerous at night for both pedestrians and drivers. This is just an accident waiting to happen. Please advise asap when they will be repaired.
