Unnecessary traffic lights

For the past two days I have passed these traffic lights which seem to be in place to provide a parking area for those repairing the adjacent shop front. Today there were no vehicles there and nobody was working on the building which was closed up. The lights are causing long delays and when the traffic increases up Morford St after 6 November due to the closure of Winifreds Lane, there will be chaos. Please look into having these traffic lights removed. They are unnecessary.
