Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6677358.
This drain has been blocked for some time. Water & waste deposits are running down the lane. The deposits are slimy (probable soap/detergent) & a slip hazard. Colder weather may also cause the seeping water to freeze & also cause someone to slip. The drain serves a downpipe adjacent to 38 Lower Oldfield Park , Bath BA2 3HP.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Unfortunately this is not a local authority asset. It was reported to Wessex Water by our highways inspector, and they have have attended and cleared the blockage however this is a private waste drain.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
