All 4 tyres are flat, badly cracked windscreen, rusty, not been moved for weeks. This van has history, please remove once and for all.

  • The vehicle has been moved along the road so issued another notice and reported it to DVLA for no TAX, can I suggest you do the same as more reports help for them to action it. https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax
