Manhole Covers Without Asphalt surrounding it and sunken down

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 6700150.

There are two manhole covers in front of 1 Downsway that after resurfacing the asphalt was not filled in surrounding them. They have sunken down and it seems that Rileys ran out of asphalt when they completed the work. Please can an inspector come and take a look.
