Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6701175.

Overhanging vegetation from private houses causing an obstruction on a very narrow lane. Cars being damaged by delivery vehicles and reduced access for emergency vehicles

  • Agree this is an issue. Vegetation will be affecting the stonework of the retaining wall too. The vegetation at the base could be removed too for legibility and to create space.

    Suggest a Notice is served under the Highways Act to prune right back.
