Hedge taking over pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 14 minutes later. Council ref: 6701759.

The residential hedge is so thick it is taking up pavement space next to the bus stop. This means that people waiting for the bus are the blocking the pavement. Can the hedge be cut back?
