Rubbish dumped from number 1 Fortescue road AGAIN

Number 1 is having building work done, they have dumped their rubbish in our private carpark for the FOURTH time in 10 days. he also brings his dog to the carpark to poop & doesn’t pick it up. Disgusting 🤢 my neighbour has kids and the rodents from his rubbish and dog poo is horrific for them.
