The lights don't work which is dangerous at night when people's rubbish and recycling is out on the pavement as they are a trip hazard - I've already tripped over them.

  • The road is a danger at night, the uneven pavements are a trip hazard made worse by the lack of lighting. People don't feel safe and cars are harder to navigate in such poor conditions. What is happening? Apparently nothing!
