Noisy drain/manhole cover outside 89 The Hollow

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 6705042.

There is a really noisy drain/manhole cover outside 87 & 89 The Hollow. It makes a loud clanging noise when cars drive over it and it causes a real noise disturbance. It is a really busy road so it is a real issue for the houses nearby. It is the one in the middle of the road touching the white centre line. There appears to be a dip in the road also so could be an alignment issue. Please can this be looked at urgently?
