Weeds plants gravel rubbish mud ect

Reported via mobile in the Removal of Weeds category by Eunice Bletso Mrs at 20:08, Thursday 7 November 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6707286.

The whole of kingsway estate Ambleside road, Marsden Road, Edgeworth Road, Georgian View, Kingsfield and Kingway have plants weeds grass etc growing on the pavements the gutters and roads as well as the drains blocked, some are due to the water boards new pipe laying and the gravel not being cleared when they left, which means all these problems stop rain running properly into any drains that means the roads flood and the pavements are dangerous. There are also hedges overhanging the paths, the public paths leading from rush hill down to Ambleside are overgrown and dangerous. I am an old age pensioner who like many of my neighbours walk and it is increasingly getting worse to walk around here. I have reported this before and was told our estate would be on the list to be cleared WHEN if I lived in the royal crescent would I would not have to put up with this I pay my council tax so why can’t this be sorted.
