Footbridge into park missing part of barrier above river

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6773904.

Footbridge from Bath Hill carpark to Keynsham Memorial Park - there is an upright wooden spindle missing, a child could fall through gap into river. This has had hazard tape put across, but this has been broken. Needs repair or gap securing as a Matter of urgency.
