Trees at end of culdesac leaning and near power lines

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6780446.

These trees are too high and leaning towards the power lines. They shed broken branches all the time. If they were uprooted they would damage one of the houses/bugalows. Or take out the power cables. This has been a reported issue for 3 years as I understand from neighbours. Everytime we have stormy weather it is a big worry.
