Bridleway - debris from heavy rainfall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6791493.

Muck and debris as been washed down the Bridleway and causing an obstruction to people using the pavement. Pedestrians are stepping into the road to get around it, posing a safety issue.
