Reported already 6634627road drains and drain under road cleared Drainage at least 450mm above outlet of drain under road ,still needs clearing, Ditch has not been maintained for years so silt has built up Water running down road not in ditch so causing lots of damage,will become more dangerous if freezing occurs

The hedge above the ditch has been trimmed back a bit to make better access for clearing the silt and lowering the level, the silt near the drain at the top of the ditch has been cleared a bit with a shovel but the level is still about 450 mm too high, the ditch inside the field on the other side of the gate needs some clearing as well.
