Blocked pipe in Maesknoll Lane-
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6799661.
I have reported it four time now - the water runs from that drain down towards the hill and when it is icy then it is very dangerous. One of your team came and suck some materials nearby but not enough to unblock the pipe and make that drain fully functional. The pipe is blocked, it is not only the drain.
