Parked on highway

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6800167.

Vehicle V515 VEJ has been dumped and has not moved for months. There is green mould on the windows and windscreen and at there is at least one completely flat and perished tyre. Can you please arrange for it to be removed. There is also a Hintons Recovery truck that has taken to parking on the pavement along this stretch of road. It is partially blocking the footpath so that wheelchair an other users have to walk in the road as it if difficult to walk past.

    We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as an abandoned vehicle. We can not removed a fully legal vehicle parked on the highway.
