Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6801035.
Where the flood water from the field opposite Farmborough tryers drains underneath the A39. This comes out on Timsbury road the above hole has appeared in last day or so, as if the drain and road have collapsed.
