Overhanging vegetation - needs removing or cutting back

This vegetation is damaging the stone wall and is also at risk of breaking off and damaging vehicles below. All of the vegetation along this wall needs a severe cutting back - may block street lamp and also provides cover to drug dealers who park on the flat section of road above this wall
