Dumped vehicle on south rd timsbury near junction with rectory lane

The vehicle has been unused since the summer. it is part- parked on the pavement preventing its use by pedestrians. it is parked near a T junction causing a traffic hazard. there is a lot of detritus under the vehicle and around the wheel arches. rubber seals around the front windscreen have come away. a check on the reg plate with the govt abandoned vehicle site shows it is SORN registered (clearly not true) and has no MOT.
