As mentioned when this was highlighted in a previous report, the owner of number 34 needs to be told that she can't keep putting stones on a public pavement. It's no good just removing them - any of us can do that. If she isn't notified by the council, she will keep replacing them. The street is a rat run used by speeding cars and we need a safe pavement for adults, children, babies in prams and dogs to walk along. I hope you can help. Thanks so much.

The owner of 34 Thomas Street will kerp putting rocks on the pavement until told not to officially by BANES. Pedestrians can't use the pavement safely with these obstructions in place, and at some point this will cause real damage to passing vehicles. Will it be the fault of number 34, or BANES for insurance purposes?

Over a month since this was first reported and there are still stones filling this pavement. Please can this be sorted as a matter of urgency before a vehicle is damaged
