Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 hour, 35 minutes later. Council ref: 6856657.
Case has been closed again but tonne bag is still there, since June 2024. As you can see one has been moved but one is still remaining. It is a hinderance for people using double pushchairs, disability scooters and the infirm.

This is getting ridiculous now. It’s been here since June 2024 and been reported several times. It is overhanging the path which is on the wonk anyway, people with walking aids and disability scooters cannot get past it.
