Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6873254.

The steps which lead up from Alexandra Road towards the viewing pont at Alexandra Park are in need to repair. There are at least four or five stones on the steps which are broken just where you place your foot. Given that the steps are quite steep this is a major hazard and health and safety issue for all who use the steps including tourists. Grateful if these could be reaired/replaced.

  • Five weeks after reporting this hazard repairs have not been made and no indication has been given that even an inspection has taken place. Grateful for speedy folow up.

  • It relates to one of the path which is very steep. Stones on the steps are broken. It's dangerous to go up and down, especially when is dark. It's urgent matter and it's needs be repaired asap. Update me with time scale when it will be repaired

    Issue has not been resolved. There are now multiple steps broken (at least 5). The steps are the sole access for No's 5, 8 & 9 Alexandra Road and pose a risk to the occupants, visitors, the 100's of school children and tourists that use the steps most days.
