When windy, the light makes a constant “ding” noise - very high pitched metal on metal sound when it sways around. I’m sorry but We are losing so much sleep as keeps waking us up. It feels like it echoes and I dread to think how many people it is annoying but wouldn’t know what the noise is .. right outside our bedroom/kids bedrooms. Two months approx happening since new cover fitted

We have investigated the issue and inspected the column. It has been confirmed that the column is securely anchored and structurally safe.
It is common for street lights to move slightly during windy weather, which can cause some vibration and noise. We apologise for any disturbance this may have caused during the recent windy conditions.
We are sorry if this was not the reply you were hoping for, if you experience any further issues, please log a new report.
