Water coming either from school hill or drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6940551.

There is water coming all the way down the hill from turning up to norton hill senior school all down the hill....its like an ice rink as it was last yr and accidents happened ...slipped on ice, mam came off his motor bike etc and nothing has been done
