Black ice

Reported via mobile in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category anonymously at 14:45, Tuesday 7 January 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6944649.

This morning there was Black ice on Newark Works foot bridge and the slope city side leading up to the bridge.

Previously the bridge has ice on it when the paths either side were clear. Design flaw!

    This is bridge is not adopted and therefore highways maintenance are unable to assist.
