Photo attached. Vehicles go across the blocked gulley pot. It is always wet. Splashing occurs. In the photo the wall is black close to the pot and brown on the periphery. The part of the wall downhill shows the distance of splash travel. Pedestrians get wet. It has been like this for some time.
