Health & safety: missing fencing reported repeatedly to council

Reported via mobile in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 22:10, Wednesday 8 January 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6953983.

This missing fencing has been reported to the council repeatedly since summer 2024.

The council keeps marking this issue as being resolved on this website and saying they aware of the issue. Unfortunately the council has not made the repair several months on and has not provided any updates about when the work will ve done.

This remains a safety issue that was caused in the first instance by the council taking down the fencing in summer 2024 to enable some tree work and failing to reinstate the fence.

This means that the public footpath does not have a fence to protect from the steep downwards slope. It's clearly a safety hazard
