Concrete gutter fallen apart, road erosion at its sides

Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 08:42, Thursday 9 January 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6954636.

There is a concrete drainage gutter that runs across our drive. Our entrance is next to Tac Barn gates. With the flooding water coming out of the farmers field, it has eroded the gutter and surrounding road. I have hit the concrete gutter sections several times with my car. Please can this be fixed as a matter of urgency. The gutter is supposed to link up with a drain on the opposite side of our neighbours entrance. Its not really even in the right place as it finishes to the side of the neighbours drain, so when it was originally installed it was out in the wrong place.
