Drain completely blocked

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6955102.

Drain is completely blocked and causing a stream to flow along the lane. With this cold weather the water is turning to black ice and causing the lane to be severely dangerous especially with the location and if a vehicle was to slide out there is a long drop on other side of lane beyond the hedge

    A contractor has visited by the looks of it or someone has done and put sand bags around it today and drain remains blocked

    The other report of a blocked drain I made and had update to say it had been unblocked and it was dealt with still remains blocked
