Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6956379.

Rough Location - Sunken Manhole & Pothole Appearing. The manhole in the road has sunk and is becoming more and more noisy/bumpy to drive over. A pothole is also appearing right next to it. This is the one next to the brick wall as you come round the corner, driving in the direction towards Bath.
