Road clean please - lots of leaf and dirt mulch causing a slip hazard - outside Leopold Buildings

There's many leaves that fall into the road from the trees in the park. When the Parks team attend to clean the park, they don't clear/clean areas around the park caused as a result of litter from the park, including debris from the plants and trees in the park. Please could this be cleaned and the leaves removed and in future for the Parks maintenance team to clear any leaves from the surrounding area?
