C021 Bath Rd, A4 Between Keynsham and Saltford.

Central Island has blue barriers around it following I assume some damage caused to it.
The barriers totally obstruct the only reflective 610 arrow, the other is missing.
The island being in the centre of the road is now an unmarked dangerous obstruction and is also unlit at night.
This needs urgent attention as clearly the island has been struck so likely to have another impact.

We are aware of this damaged as our contractors attended to this overnight to clear away the damaged equipment. The barriers are temporary as we intend to replace this equipment as quickly as we can. We shall add further information here when available.

The point I was making was that your Contractors failed to light and adequately guard this, now obstruction, with appropriate traffic management. The regulations are clear and precise but clearly the Contractors need some form of advice/ training?
