Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6960976.

This car has been left unattended or abandoned in Rackvernal Road for several months and currently has no MOT. Rackvernal Road has limited parking and is very narrow and this car is causing obstructions on many occasions!
