Obstruction of dropped kerb across double yellow lines.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6964347.

Small blue Skoda hatchback is persistently parked dangerously at top of Ragland Lane on double yellow and blocking dropped kerb access point. Also makes visibility at junction with Solsbury Way poor. This car is presently in situ for the last 24 hours and more ....please send a scooterised traffic warden up asap.
