Graffiti on side of road bridge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6989335.

As reported many weeks ago road bridge (BANES highway structure has been tagged alongside canal towpath. Please take a look this time before closing the report.

    New spraying on the walls despite anti grafitti paint. A big attack that will encourage more. The plain wall is Southern Electricity who have paid Bathnes to remove it before. On the bridge too and under the arches.
