Vehicle Abandoned

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7016712.

The Vehicle is park next to stone walls but it belongs to someone living in The School House. The vehicle has not been moved for ages, also it does not have a mot and is not insured to be on the road.

  • Thank you for your report. We understand the vehicle has no mot or insurance yet please be aware our department can only deal with truly abandoned vehicles. To further assist us could you let us know why you believe the vehicle to be abandoned? Have you spoken with the keeper yourself about this issue?

  • The vehicle hasn't moved for about a month. Also I am pretty sure a vehicle needs to be insured to be on the road. Also there is no one hardly anyone at home to speak to.
