Unable to safely pull off drive

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 08:55, Sat 25 January 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 7030240.

The new traffic management is being put in opposite our drive why is it the only traffic management on the Hollow that is opposite a rive way? This is a significant safety issue due the the way people drive and speed up and down rhe hollow. When pulling out or onto our drive it will be unsafe as we can't see what is coming up or down clearly we also don't have enough swing room and it will make it significantly difficult to reverse onto our drive. If this was a meter up or down the hlow this would of been better placing the traffic management between houses would of allowed safer management of getting on and off our driveway. I would really like a discussion with someone please as this issue is having a significant issue on our mental health. Currently we are struggling with the work right outside and getting abuse from other drivers as we are having to complete manovers to get on the drive and blocking traffic flow!
