Trees overhanging gardens

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7034235.

Have had numerous trees blown down in high winds along Riverside Walk. I am worried that the overhanging trees cause a real danger if they were to fall towards our house. In strong winds they lean heavily over the footpath and represent a real danger!

  • Thank you for your report. We have been investigating this issue. The trees are growing on private land and the council have been taking action to find the landowner.

  • Thank you for your report. As the landowner cannot be located the council will deal with any imminent danger currently present to the public footpath caused by the trees on this land.
