Pavement covered with plants
Reported via mobile in the Vegetation blocking road or sign visibility - In a residential area category anonymously at 06:47, Monday 3 February 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 months, 1 week, 4 days, 4 hours, 12 minutes later. Council ref: 7075091.
The pavement here is covered with soil, plants and waste and causes the pavement width to become small and force people into traffic to walk along the road edge. Safety issue.

We tried to walk this section of pavement at the start of April. The hedge is so badly overgrown it forces you to walk in the road on a bend, where the speed limit is currently 40mph. This section of pavement is now much more heavily used owing to the new Wessex Water bridge over the River Avon which is open to pedestrian traffic and forms part of a circular walk. Can it please be cut back without further delay?
