Inaccessible footpath

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 17:19, Monday 3 February 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7079865.

Overgrown footpath with brambles so is totally inaccessible. ( since summer 2024 ) It has been like this for some time. New owners since spring 2024 There has been some cutting back at the gate but not through the length of the footpath to be kept clear allowing easy passage. Minimum width of 1 m for access- might be just but with overgrown hedge on one side and permanent fencing the other side - it is totally inaccessible. The bridleway that runs parallel to footpath is always flooded and makes walking also very difficult and a times inaccessible . Therefore the footpath should be kept clear to allow choice of walkway.
